This is a quote that one of my professors, Dr. Mark Miravalle, often liked to mention in class (he was quoting someone else, but I can't remember who):
"God became the Son of Man that man might become the son of God."
Let us never forget that God desires that we use the free will He gives us to freely choose Him. The freedom we now possess can never compare to the freedom and joy we shall know when we are reconciled with the Father in the life that is to come, a freedom that was purchased for us through the blood of the Son.
